Professional Experience
Brad Neunzig is an associate at Terrell Marshall Daudt & Willie PLLC and concentrates his practice in personal injury, construction defect, storm water and drainage problems, civil rights, municipal liability, and product liability.
Brad Neunzig has worked in civil litigation since graduating from McGeorge School of Law and passing both the California and Washington bar examinations in July 1992. His experience includes working as an associate with an insurance defense firm, in-house counsel with Safeco Insurance Company, and deputy prosecutor with Snohomish County. Brad has arbitrated hundreds of personal injury lawsuits and tried a wide range of cases in King, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties. He has briefed and argued the following cases at the Courts of Appeal: Fenske v. Tegman, 157 Wn.App. 1064 (2010), availability of damages in drainage case; Frese v. Snohomish County, 129 Wn.App. 659, 120 P.3d 89 (2005), compensation for meal and rest periods under collective bargaining agreement; Mycon v. Safeco National Insurance Co., 100 Wn. App. 1058, 2000 Wash. App. LEXIS 3339 (2000), applicability of exclusion under commercial insurance policy; Couch v. San Juan Unified School District, 33 Cal. App. 4th 1491, 39 Cal.Rptr.2d 848 (1995), defamation; and Customer Company v. City of Sacramento, 10 Cal. 4th 368, 895 P.2d 900 (1995), inverse condemnation.
Brad currently serves as a Trustee with the Snohomish County Bar Association and as an arbitrator with Snohomish County's MAR program. Brad has received extensive mediation training through the Snohomish County Dispute Resolution Center and volunteers as a mediator with the DRC for family law and property dispute cases.
Brad lives in Arlington with his two teenage children. He is an avid gardener, and also enjoys kayaking, sailing, hiking, skiing and flying.
